Fume hood for a chemistry lab

The lower part of the cabinet is designed as a base unit equipped with one pull-out drawer and two doors. The cabinet’s design includes a built-in ceramic sink with a trap and faucet, a lift-up door, an exhaust fan, a light fixture with a switch, and a power outlet strip. The side, back, and other walls of the cabinet are made of tempered glass.

The cabinet is constructed using 28 mm thick moisture-resistant particleboard faced with HPL laminate and laminated particleboard at least 16 mm thick. The ends of the wooden components are edged with 1 mm and 0.5 mm thick PVC edging, depending on the design features of the parts. The glass elements are made of 4 mm thick tempered glass and installed using an aluminum profile.

The doors are equipped with furniture hinges, and the pull-out drawer features telescopic slides. A metal rail handle with a matte finish is used for opening. The cabinet is mounted on metal legs.
