Closed cabinet for storing educational materials with photo printing

The front, shelves, and bottom are made of 16 mm laminated particleboard. The unit has 3 closed shelves. The shelves are height-adjustable. The edges of all wood components are finished with PVC edging: 1.0 mm thick on the fronts, and 0.5 mm thick on all other parts. The unit is equipped with metal legs that are height-adjustable from 0 to 30 mm, allowing it to be leveled on uneven floors. The back panel is made of 2.5 mm HDF. The color of the laminated particleboard is selected separately.

Photo printing is performed on a particleboard panel using special inks that cure when exposed to the radiation from special ultraviolet lamps. A varnish coating is also applied to the image itself to increase its resistance to external damage, abrasion, and wet cleaning.

The furniture is made of 18 mm laminated chipboard (LDSP) with 0.6 mm edge banding.
